1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are considered abusive and are strictly prohibited on DCore Host's network and services:
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk email (UBE) or unsolicited commercial email (UCE). This includes sending mass unsolicited messages, or using our services to host sites advertised by spam.
- Phishing & Fraud: Any attempt to fraudulently obtain sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details, by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. This also includes any form of online fraud.
- Malware & Hacking Activity: Distributing, hosting, or linking to malicious software (malware, viruses, worms, trojans, etc.). Any unauthorized access or attempts to access systems or networks, including port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
- Copyright & Trademark Infringement: Hosting, distributing, or linking to content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material and trademarks, without proper authorization.
- Illegal Content: Hosting or distributing any content that is illegal under applicable laws, including but not limited to child pornography, terrorist content, or content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Network Abuse: Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of our network or services, or that of other networks or services. This includes excessive bandwidth usage, resource abuse, or any activity that causes harm to our infrastructure or reputation.
2. Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have experienced or witnessed any form of abusive activity involving DCore Host services, please report it to us immediately. To help us investigate effectively, please provide as much detail as possible, including:
- Your contact information (name, email, phone number).
- The nature of the abuse (e.g., spam, phishing, malware).
- The relevant URLs, IP addresses, or domain names involved.
- Date and time of the incident(s).
- Any supporting evidence, such as full email headers for spam, screenshots for phishing, or logs for hacking attempts.

3. Investigation and Resolution
Upon receiving an abuse report, DCore Host will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your report within 24-48 hours.
- Investigate the reported activity promptly. Our general processing time for abuse complaints is 72 hours, but this may vary depending on the complexity of the case. Reports from law enforcement/government agencies are prioritized and processed within 24 hours.
- Take appropriate action based on the severity and nature of the abuse, which may include:
- Issuing a warning to the offending party.
- Temporarily suspending services.
- Permanently terminating services.
- Reporting the incident to relevant authorities if required by law.
- We will keep the reporter informed of the progress and resolution of the complaint, where appropriate and legally permissible.
4. Policy Updates
DCore Host reserves the right to modify this Abuse Policy at any time. We encourage users to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
