Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DCORE HOST, we strive to provide high-quality hosting services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their services at any time via the DCORE HOST Client Area.

  • Immediate Cancellation: Your service will be terminated immediately, and all data will be purged from our servers.

  • End of Billing Period: Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid term and will not renew.

Note: Cancellation of a service does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms below.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new customers on the following services:

  • Shared Web Hosting

  • WordPress Hosting

  • Reseller Hosting

If you cancel within the first 15 days of your initial sign-up, you are eligible for a full refund of the hosting fees paid.

3. Non-Refundable Products & Services

Certain services are exempt from refunds due to their nature and the costs incurred by DCORE HOST:

  • Domain Names: All domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are final.

  • Dedicated Servers & VPS: Due to the custom resources allocated, these are generally non-refundable (or subject to a 24-hour window only).

  • Setup Fees: Any one-time setup or administrative fees.

  • SSL Certificates: Once issued, these cannot be refunded.

  • Licenses: Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Eligibility Conditions

  • First-Time Accounts Only: Refunds are only available to first-time customers. If you have previously held an account with us, you are not eligible for a refund on subsequent accounts.

  • Violations: No refunds will be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, phishing, or resource abuse).

  • Free Domains: If your hosting plan included a "Free Domain" and you request a refund, the standard market price for that domain will be deducted from the refund total.

5. Refund Processing

  • Request Method: To request a refund, you must open a ticket with our Billing Department within the eligible period.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. If the original method is unavailable (e.g., expired card), we may issue the refund as DCORE HOST Account Credit.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or PayPal without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of this policy. DCORE HOST reserves the right to immediately terminate all services associated with the account and report the instance to a collection agency.
